$150* per Team for the Championship Tournament Day.

The Angler of the Year Team will receive trophies and other assorted prizes, including a berth to the National Bassmaster Team Championship Tournament along with getting their $500 Entry Fee Paid for that Tournament.

Late entries received after the deadline (7 days prior) will be assessed a $25.00 per team late fee, and will be assigned a starting number as they arrive and pay. No entry fees will be taken after the deadline until tournament morning. All pre-tournament meetings start at 6 AM. Tournament check-in starts at 5 AM each day unless otherwise noted. BOAT OWNERS MUST PROVIDE A VALID PROOF OF INSURANCE WHEN REQUESTED. It does not have to be sent during registration.

Blast off order for the first tournament is determined by the date the entry is received!

The Michigan Team Series Winners will go on to compete for a chance to fish the Bassmaster Classic!*

Additional Information: The Michigan B.A.S.S. Nation Outdoorsmen Pro Shop Bassmaster Team Championship Series is limited to Michigan B.A.S.S. Nation members ONLY. You must be a member before May 1, 2019 to fish the Series. Note on Date of Birth: At least one of the anglers on the team must be 18 or up, anglers under 18 must have a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian.

2019 Bassmaster Team Championship Series

General Series Rules

General rules, make sure you are acquainted with the complete Tournament Rules!

  • 5 fish per team limit, you must cull before continuing to fish.
  • 14 inch minimum length, 1 pound penalty per short fish and loss of fish.
  • Dead fish penalty is 4 ounces per dead fish.
  • Late return to check-in is 1 pound per minutes late, DQ after 15 minutes.
  • No trolling allowed.
  • Artificial lures only, no “Alabama Rigs” allowed.
  • Only one (1) rod allowed per angler at a time.
  • No fishing from elevated platforms.
  • Engine cut off switch attached to operator if combustion engine is running.
  • Life jackets on and properly fastened when combustion engine is running.
  • Boaters must provide Proof of Insurance when requested.
  • Practice ceases at 6 PM the day before the tournament.
  • Entry fee is $600 per team for the series, ($150 entry for the Championship to qualified teams). There is no BTC team entry fee for those wishing to compete for the Mi B.A.S.S. BTC AOY team and possibly advance on to the BTC.
  • Late entry fee is $25 per team if registered after the deadline (7 days prior).
  • No entries will be received after the deadline until Tournament morning check-in.
  • Michigan B.A.S.S. Nation Code of Conduct is always in effect at these tournaments.
